RESERVE YOUR SEAT
In accordance with ongoing government advice, Hope Church has reopened for our LIVE Sunday Experiences.
Tickets will go LIVE below at 12.30PM every Tuesday!
Please select from the dates and times below to reserve your seat.
BOOKINGS CLOSE AT 7AM ON THE SUNDAY MORNING!
To make this event run as smooth as possible, both the seating plan and ticket types have been based on the responses from the 'church reopening survey'.
With this in mind, please choose the number of Auditorium seats required for your household/extended household (or bubble).
For e.g. if there are 3 Adults (incl children over 12) in your household / extended household
Then please choose the ticket for 3 Auditorium Seats as this will then give you 3 chairs to sit on together in the Auditorium.
When you attend our Sunday service please help us by:
1. Please arrive only 15 minutes before the Sunday Experience you are attending.
Once the experience has finished, please leave the main auditorium swiftly so the team can prepare for the next experience.
2. We are trying to minimise use of the toilets so please do use your facilities at home to help us with this.
Sunday Experiences will be shorter to help you with this.
3. Please thoroughly wash your hands before coming to church and when you get home.
There will be hand santiser available for you to use on entry to the building and throughout.
4. Keep to the clear social distancing rules and the one way system that is in place, adhering to the markers on the floor and the signage throughout the building.
5. A reminder that in keeping with the current Government guidelines, we will not be singing a loud when we gather.
6. If you have a baby then please book a seat for yourself - there will be creche facilities available if needed.
7. Please follow any instructions the welcome team or leadership team give you when you attend- they have been trained and are working hard to ensure your safety.
8. If you have been diagnosed with or experienced symptoms of COVID-19 you must not attend Hope Church.
Likewise, if you have been in close contact with someone diagnosed or experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 please stay at home.
In addition, if you have returned from international travel or been in close contact with someone who has returned from international travel in the last 14 days please stay at home.
WHEN YOU ARRIVE
Joining us on a Sunday morning?
Here's all the details...
Sanitiser on entrance and at different points around the building.
All doors will be open for you so there are no touch points.
All areas will have clear signage for social distancing and one way systems.
All soft furnishings have been removed from the entrance area to increase social distancing space and limit touch points.
The toilets will be available with sanitizer on entrance - afterwards and on exit.
Our host team will be here to help you and guide you to your seats.
There will be no touch points in the main auditorium except for your own chair which will be 'one person use' only. All chairs will be changed for each Sunday Experience.
Everyone will be sat with their extended households in the main auditorium 2 meters apart from other households.
Masks are not a requirement at the moment but if you feel more comfortable wearing a mask please do so.
The congregation are NOT permitted to sing at present because of possible droplet projection but this doesn't stop us from clapping, standing, raising hands or entering into worship.
We do ask that people do not gather together before or after a service and to keep social distancing at all times.
With social distancing we won't be praying by laying on hands but we are preparing a PRAYER SPACE in the Coffee Shop for those who need to talk and receive prayer after the service, with social distancing measures in place.
COVID HYGIENE TEAM:
Before and after each experience we have a Covid Hygiene Team who will do a thorough clean of all used areas.
All surfaces and potential touch points
All chairs changed
All toilet areas
All prayer space touchpoints and seating
We are aware that some of you do not feel comfortable with returning at present because of shielding and concerns for your personal health and I want to reassure you that we completely understand and that you will not be overlooked. We are family, and if you can't come to us then we will come to you!
We will be keeping an Online presence for you and for those who have tuned in from around Newtown and the UK.
It will be approximately 30 minutes long with all the key aspects of our live Sunday Experience, so you don't miss out.
These times demand that we do things differently so if you can, we encourage you to give to the Church differently. Please click here to set up a Standing Order with your bank, either weekly or monthly. This will help enormously and enable us to consider new ways of supporting people in our community who may be in need.
You will be able to give cash or cheques on a Sunday morning in the offering bucket as you leave.
